Usually, within 2 weeks we will have your 1st rendering to look at. The complete Design/Drafting phase takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the size of your job. After our initial Design, we will sit down with you & go over what we’ve designed.
After our meeting, we will make any revisions & schedule another meeting for your review & approval. Upon approval, we would then submit them to your local Building Department for a permit.
Depending on our workload, we would typically start construction approximately 2-3 weeks after obtaining the permit.
