We talk about what you want done and answer your questions. You'll know fast if we're the right fit. 2 STEP 02 ### Home visit We come to your house. We measure, look, and listen. You show us what bugs you and what you dream about. 3 STEP 03 ### Design & drawings We draw your project so you can see it before we build it. You change what you want on paper, where changes are easy. Design is included. you'll see it before we build it 4 STEP 04 ### Your written price One written price for the whole job, and you approve it before anything starts. If opening a wall changes it, you hear it from us before the work or the money moves. 5 STEP 05 ### Permits handled We pull the permits and set up the inspections. We deal with the city so you don't have to. You never stand in a line. 6 STEP 06 ### Demo day We protect your floors and seal off the dust. Then the old stuff comes out. This is the day it gets real. the fun part, honestly 7 STEP 07 ### The build Our crew builds to the drawings you approved. You get updates in plain English. You always know what happens next. 8 STEP 08 ### Final walkthrough We walk the whole job with you, room by room. Anything not right goes on a list. Valley Home Construction pulls the permits and schedules the inspections for projects across the greater Sacramento area. You do not deal with the city at all. **Can I live in my house during the remodel? +** Most families do. We seal off the work area, protect your floors, and keep the dust down. We talk it through at the home visit so you know exactly what to expect. **What if I want to change something in the middle of the project? +** Tell us.
