## Welcome to the referral program. Here is how it works.

You already have your link. This page walks you through the three steps, what happens after you share it, and when you get paid.

STEP 01

## Share your link

Text it, email it, or post it. Send it to anyone who is thinking about a kitchen, bathroom, addition, or any other project.

STEP 02

## We take it from there

When someone uses your link, we call them, walk their project, and put together a plan and a price. You do not have to sell anything.

STEP 03

## You get paid

If they sign a contract with us and make their first milestone payment, you get paid. No contract, no payout. Simple as that.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SHARE

## What happens after someone uses your link.

Your link tells us the referral is yours. Once they reach out, one of our people gives them a call. We handle the whole conversation: the visit, the design, the price. You do not need to follow up or check in, though you are always welcome to ask us how it is going.

We track every referral tied to your link from the first click through the signed contract and the first milestone payment, so nothing gets lost or double-counted.

You get paid $250 or more , based on the size of the job, after the homeowner signs a contract with us and makes their first milestone payment. That is the one moment that triggers payment. Before that point, nothing is owed.
