Dear Ed and the ‘Crew’-
We were so tired of the dark brown grout and light brown tile! We really did not enjoy our kitchen! The cabinets were looking very ‘tired’ showing the number of years of service. Your crew of craftsmen turned our sore spot into something spectacular! Our new countertops and re-faced cabinets have given our kitchen a “touch of class!”I also want to compliment the ‘crew’ for their commitment to excellence. All who came to work had extensive experience and showed personal pride in the finished product. They were quick to address any concerns we had during the remodeling stage. They worked quickly and efficiently and were always sensitive to our time schedule. Last of all, thanks to you and Mark for the attention you paid to the progress of the project. Both of you made every effort to communicate at all times regarding how things were progressing. We appreciated your brief stops to check on things. It gave us assurance you were very much concerned about customer service and a professional finished product. Please feel free to use us as a reference anytime! We would be happy to share our great experience with your future customers. We will stay in touch as our home is over 30 years old and we have other ‘tired’ areas around our house.

Our cabinets were resurfaced beautifully. However, we are especially impressed with your Team's leadership and skill in the project. Your crew's patience, professionalism, and attention to detail are to be commended. Moreover, he oversaw any problems that surfaced (which they ultimately do in most endeavors) and corrected them. David demonstrates a true skill in woodwork and resurfacing, for which Ted and I are grateful. The cabinets are gorgeous! Thanks again, for a job well done.
