Valley Home Construction ("we," "us," "our") built this page to explain, in plain language, what happens when you visit valleyhomeconstruction.com or fill out our contact form. We do not sell your information, and we only collect what we need to answer you and run our business.

What we collect

If you fill out our contact or project-start form, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you share. That's it, we don't have a login system, a shopping cart, or user accounts, so there's no account data to collect.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may log basic technical data automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and performance. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and collects general information like the pages you view, the kind of device you use and your approximate location. It never receives what you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies so it can count visits, as described above. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use a small number of essential cookies strictly to serve the site and protect it from abuse; these aren't used to track you across other websites.

What happens to a form submission

When you submit our contact or project-start form, your information goes to a secure processing system (a Cloudflare Worker) that:

  • Saves a copy of your submission so we never lose a lead, even if something downstream is briefly unavailable.
  • We do our best to alert our team by email right away at contact@valleyhomeconstruction.com. Your submission is always saved, so nothing gets lost.
  • Creates a record in our internal project-tracking system (Notion) so our team can manage your inquiry.

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and follow up about work you've asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage an active or potential project, and meet our own business and legal recordkeeping needs.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the information below. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we've collected and the right to request deletion; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at adults seeking home construction and remodeling services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
