How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

Every project is different, so we do not guess. Before work starts you get a written schedule with your milestones on it. As the work moves, we tell you where you are on that schedule.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. You approve one written price before any work starts. If you change the plan later, we price that change first and you approve it before we build it.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. Valley Home Construction pulls the permits and schedules the inspections for projects across the greater Sacramento area. You do not deal with the city at all.

Can I live in my house during the remodel?

Most families do. We seal off the work area, protect your floors, and keep the dust down. We talk it through at the home visit so you know exactly what to expect.

What if I want to change something in the middle of the project?

Tell us. We price the change first, you approve it in writing, and then we build it. Your price never changes without your say-so.

We draw your project so you can see it before we build it. You change what you want on paper, where changes are easy. Design is included.

Your written price

One written price for the whole job, and you approve it before anything starts. If opening a wall changes it, you hear it from us before the work or the money moves.
