A whole-home remodel means we take on several rooms, or the whole house, under one plan instead of treating each room as its own separate project. Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, whatever you want changed, we design and permit it together.
Do I have to remodel everything at once?+
No. Many homeowners remodel room by room over time. The difference with a whole-home plan is that every room is designed together up front, so the rooms you build later still match the ones you built first.
How much does a whole-home remodel cost?+
Every whole-home remodel is priced for your house and your list of rooms, so there is not one number that fits every home. We give you a real, written price after we visit your home and finish the design.
Can I live in the house while it is being remodeled?+
In most cases, yes, especially when we work room by room. For a full whole-house remodel we talk through what stays livable and what does not, then plan the schedule around your family.
Will a whole-home remodel need permits?+
Yes. Any real remodel work needs plans, permits and inspections from your city. We prepare the plans, submit them and handle every inspection, so you never stand in a permit line.
