Your link tells us the referral is yours. Once they reach out, one of our people gives them a call. We handle the whole conversation: the visit, the design, the price. You do not need to follow up or check in, though you are always welcome to ask us how it is going.
We track every referral tied to your link from the first click through the signed contract and the first milestone payment, so nothing gets lost or double-counted.
You get paid $250 to $1,000, based on the size of the job, after the homeowner signs a contract with us and makes their first milestone payment. That is the one moment that triggers payment. Before that point, nothing is owed.
