If they sign a contract with us and make their first milestone payment, you get paid. No contract, no payout. Simple as that.
Your link tells us the referral is yours. Once they reach out, one of our people gives them a call. We handle the whole conversation: the visit, the design, the price. You don’t need to follow up or check in, though you’re always welcome to ask us how it’s going.
We track every referral tied to your link from the first click through the signed contract and the first milestone payment, so nothing gets lost or double-counted.
You get paid $250 or more, based on the size of the job, after the homeowner signs a contract with us and makes their first milestone payment. That’s the one moment that triggers payment. Before that point, nothing is owed.
